This technology emerged as a "happenstance" while running large scale analysis on notes and literary works born out of a spiritual journey spanning 20 years; the accumulated data presented a rare opportunity to delve even deeper into one's development by cross-referencing and gaining emergent insights not only on personal side of things, but also on the tiny details that often goes unnoticed (books read, video games played, films or tv-series watched etc.)

The core of the problem lies in the inherent limitation of current large language models (LLMs), even those with state-of-the-art context windows of one to two million tokens. A 60MB dataset of past AI-user interactions, comprising over 300 conversational instances, is simply too large to be processed in a single instance; even RAG based systems fail because they process only fraction of content and thus misses larger context; and here the HIE works wonders.
