Master the Art of Observing.
Quote of the Day:
The name of the game here is persuasion. You see, ordinary everyday people are influenced and persuaded by advertising, marketing and the various forms of media to behave and act in certain ways. And so it goes that people in the modern Western world promote the idea that “more is better,” in order to justify their never-ending need for more. With the immense amount of advertising we are bombarded with on a daily basis, it is not unsurprising that there are many things we feel we want and need. Advertising plays on our fears and the need for social acceptance. You see, advertisers exploit our innate drive for fulfillment and unity, our inherent need for social connection and bonding; and not only that, but they also exploit our desires, our sexuality, and our love of pleasure for the marketing and sale of everything from toothpaste to cars. As a result, “hyperspenders” emerge out of all this — they often think that collecting expensive toys will enhance their overall satisfaction with life. Yet, the honest truth is that these material possessions doesn’t seem to bring us inner peace and happiness — or do you beg to differ? Satisfaction in life is not a function of what you can buy in a store — see?

Let Your Dreams Be Bigger Than Your Fears And Your Actions Louder Than Your Words.
Quote of the Day:
In the West, our culture emphasizes the pursuit of happiness through external means. By contrast, in the East, traditional culture emphasizes acceptance of the conditions of existence, positing the idea that happiness is found within. And so it goes that in the West, we live in a consumer-driven society that tries to tell us that money does buy happiness — “the more we buy, the happier we will be,” goes the slogan. In a society where the prevailing worldview is materialistic, values are created by advertisements, which results in that actors, musicians and other “famous” people are followed as though they were gurus, nearly worshipped as modern day avatars or gods. This has a direct effect on the self-image of a consumerist — it is rooted solely in physical appearance, social status and material success. It is this idealized and artificial lifestyle that is then pursued as the principle means to achieving life satisfaction, happiness and contentment or the so-called “good life.” All of the consumerist’s creative and intellectual energy is redirected towards a goal — which is, in essence — an illusion created largely by the commercial interests of corporate and the entertainment industry.

Self-Love Is The Greatest Medicine (Inspiration Vibration).
Quote of the Day:
From the aforementioned, it becomes not only clear but self-evident that our sense of self is learned, experienced and defined by the mirror that others reflect back to us and by our own projections onto others. Because our sense of self is learned, we are steeped in a particular perception of ourselves from the moment we are born. Not only is our perception of self skewed, but also our perception of reality, as well; not only is our individual perception of reality biased, but also our collective perception, as well. This we can call ‘the human condition.’ It has colored our perception of reality and molded our beliefs and values to what they are today in ways most of us don’t realize. You see, the disconnection from our true spiritual nature has distorted our perception with severe consequences; everything has been turned upside-down — morally, ethically, spiritually, and logically: the truth has become lies and lies have become truth; light has become darkness and darkness has become light; good has become evil and evil has become good; justice has become injustice and goodness has become wicked.

~ ∞ ~ Self-Actualization ~ ∞ ~
This chapter is pretty much self-explanatory as it highlights the deeper levels of Living Awareness. You see, presence itself is our true nature, and the more we become aware of this presence, the more our perception expands. Living Awareness opens up the perception in all levels of Reality, which means that in this level of perception, one would be able to realize that there is no separation between the observer and the observed, the subject and the object. As we have learned from the previous chapters, and continue to learn in the following chapters as well – being aware of what is present » here and now « is the key to experiencing fulfilling life.
7 Levels of Living Awareness:
1.) Awareness.
2.) Awareness of Awareness.
3.) Awareness of Awareness being Aware.
4.) Awareness of Awareness being Aware of you.
5.) Awareness of Awareness being Aware of you being Aware.
6.) Awareness of Awareness being Aware of you being Aware of Awareness.
7.) Awareness of Awareness being Aware of you being Aware of Awareness being Aware.
The same expressed in a more dynamic way with more context. By embodying all the levels of Living Awareness, one is not focused upon the past nor the future, but rather, one exists fully present, awake and aware in the now. In this state, one can become Aware of Awareness. After becoming Aware of Awareness, one would naturally become Aware of Awareness being Aware. This realization would lead into the next phase of awareness: becoming Aware of Awareness being Aware of you. This realization would lead into the Awareness of Awareness being Aware of you being Aware; resulting the state of awareness, in which Awareness is being Aware of you being Aware of Awareness – extending to the level of awareness, in which you would be able to become Aware of Awareness being Aware of you being Aware of Awareness being Aware.
Experiencing this magnitude of realization is so profound that it might be shocking to say the least – if digested in the ordinary states of wakefulness; it is because this level of awareness would result in a real-time mirroring effect, in which the Living Life would be arranging a specific set of nexus points in the fabric of space-time continuum. That is, Living Life would respond directly to you by utilizing the Phenomenon of Synchronicity as a gateway for delivering the response to be experienced in a serendipity-like fashion in the present moment. The individuated finite mind would not be able to handle it all at once, which is why the awakening into one’s true fundamental being happens in stages. Awakening to Living Awareness could simply be imagined as a continuous series of in and out breaths of God/Source/Ultimate Being – resulting in the experience of the experience itself – as many emanations, variations, colors, sounds, and flavors, as it were; the more one becomes aware, the more vivid these colors, sounds, and flavors get, you see?
And when it comes to breath itself, one should be reminded of the fact that more often than not, people take it for granted that they can breathe – not noticing the immeasurable value in the breath itself. It goes without saying that we should be grateful for our ability to breathe, and furthermore, directly acknowledge that we are privileged to receive the Gift of Life in each breath we take. When we focus on our breath, we can realize that it is always there – present at all moments. As such, it is quite clear that presence in itself is the breath; it is the greatest gift from God – the Breath of Life; it is You and I, it is We – Living Awareness, pure Self-Knowing. In the breath, there is no sense of the individuated self – You, I, or the other; the breath is therefore the Union, and the space between the in-breath and the out-breath is the real You – it is pure, fundamental Existence of Eternal Living Presence.
Living Awareness is shared with every particle within All Life, and thus Living Awareness is the Heart of Living Life – this eternal, Infinite Awareness observes every part of Creation by utilizing Living Consciousness as the means; consciousness arises when awareness observes the Creation or any part of its many emanations – so in this sense, Living Awareness is also aware of itself as the other (mirror).

What You Seek Is Seeking You (Inspiration Vibration).
Quote of the Day:
Any observant individual can see that humans as we know humans today, are blinded by hubris and denial of things obvious — they have become arrogant and selfish, hollow empty shells, wandering through life like a ship lost at sea, drifting farther and farther off course; it’s like there’s no one home, you see? It seems that vast majority of people choose to remain that way. In an age of individualism, people are blinded by the false sense of self, slumbering in an illusory dream; unable or unwilling to wake up, they are driven by the cravings of various sorts — everyone seems to want the same things that others do. Blinded by groupthink, people are like a flock of birds or herd of sheep, nearly all of them running at a given time in the same direction. Isn’t that precisely the epitome of selfishness, the paradox of individualism?

When nothing is sure, everything is possible.
Quote of the Day:
Even though we have everything we need to make life good for all of us, for some reason — we are unwilling to do so. It is more than disconcerting to realize that somehow we have built ourselves a collective slave-system; self-imposed system where we are slaves to what we slave for — it doesn’t have to be so, but unfortunately, it is. This is completely backwards in so many ways — or do you beg to differ? Unfortunately, most people don’t seem to notice it at all — it seems that the “average Jane & Joe” are too busy to notice what is happening around them, or even care for that matter. The blindest of us would like to deny it altogether, and some would like to argue that its nature is so subtle that it doesn’t matter. Maybe it’s due to the fact that in our Western culture we always want to sugarcoat everything, so we say that we are “earning a living.” In so doing, we are fooling ourselves to believe that we are somewhat free in a society that is based on modernized form of slavery.

The Eye Sees Only What The Mind Is Prepared To Comprehend.
Quote of the Day:
In turn, the modern human life has become a world-wide competition — the name of the game is survival. In this game, there is one rule over others: we must pay to live, to exist — therefore we must do anything and everything to acquire money to pay living. It is essential, for you see, money gives us access to the ability to feed our families, send our children to school, and to maintain our health. We work and stress about our ability to obtain money because our access to the goods and services we need ultimately relies on obtaining money. In this game, the individual humans are caught up in a never-ending race to acquire more of everything; another side of the coin is that nations are in endless arms race to acquire more and more powerful weapons. Our whole lives seem to revolve around money and acquiring more stuff — to the point where we obsess about money even beyond fulfilling our core needs. People tend to value money over time, until time is almost up. Always rushing from one thing to another with the mantra: “time is money,” and yet constantly searching for more time, complaining about working too hard.

Lotus City, Vision of Future.
Quote of the Day:
And now, if we can see evolution as a spiritual path, we must then see that consciousness is the most spiritual thing there is, and therefore we must be willing to surrender to the spiritual process — the process of fulfilling the telos of human existence, if we are to evolve further, you see? When we consider that most of us believe in the idea of a Soul or Spirit — the part of us that makes us who we are, would it be so hard, then, to imagine that much like our physical bodies change and evolve over time — so do our Souls? Wouldn’t it make perfect sense, then, that Souls get stronger as they gain experience and grow wiser as they learn through experience; eventually remaining Self-Aware of their True Essence? But, alas, because we are incapable of consciously recognizing the spiritual aspect of the whole evolutionary process, we are quite desperately seeking materialistic solutions to escape our inevitable, impending death — as if it would somehow solve the dilemma of impermanence.
This is to say that the human mind is like a wave, and human consciousness is like a wave of the wave. When the mind and consciousness are recognized as being the same as the underlying Quantum Soul, the whole of humans is a part of the system, and this includes the idea of human life. It is, indeed, an interesting idea that different people have about the nature of time, and therefore it is important to keep in mind that it is always good to understand how you can use this knowledge to improve your own mental and physical health. Wouldn’t this mean, then, that when you look at the world from the different perspectives that you have chosen, and also when you realize that you are not the one you are looking for, and that you have been living a lie? And if so, wouldn’t that mean, then, that the reason is that the whole is always in the totality of the Multiverse, and not some portions are of primary importance? The concept of fractal-time is also a concept of space, and is therefore also a concept of energy, of awareness, of consciousness. As such, when the mind is released from the physical body, it is not the body that is meant, but the mind itself that is meant; for it is the very nature of the quantum field that it be continuous and indivisible, unlike the interconnected structure of the Multiverse. In this respect, it is worth noting the following: the term Divine Presence is a way of referring to the Direct Inner Knowing, that Inner Understanding that is realized in the ordinary physical sense, while still taking into consideration all the information that is being realized in the ordinary physical sense. This can be called the “Big Five” of consciousness.
Most people are very busy being aware, and therefore they try to be aware of as many things as possible. However, most people are not aware of how many things they are aware of, they are not aware of how many things they are aware of, and they are not aware of what they are being aware of. It is a state of being that allows you to be who you are, and where you are — despite the fact that you are aware of it. These are the types of deep, underlying thoughts and feelings that are always holding back the fullness of the Spirit, you see? The easiest way to explain the existence of duality: the idea of two completely different values placed against one another. And the reason is this: If we are to better understand the nature of reality, we need to explore the idea of a single, fundamental reality. In other words, the whole of humanity is a single, universal being. This means that we are connected by a universal energy, and thus we are affected by the actions and experiences of our actions, or the reality of our actions, or the reality of our lives. In other words, the whole of humanity is a single, Universal Being of Consciousness. We can begin to see beyond the appearance of the world that we are living and understand that this is not some far-fetched idea of the future that is only seen in the external world, but rather a very natural and essential part of the whole process. On a deeper level, this means that the physical world is a product of the mind, and as such, we are always trying to create the world in our image, and in the process, we are also creating our own reality. If we are to better understand the beauty of Life and the purpose of our lives, we need to explore the idea of the Omnipresent Awareness, which is the morning, noon, and late-night meditation.
In this sense, it can be said that if we are to better understand the nature of reality, we need to explore the idea of the Omnipresent Quantum Awareness, which is the state of our consciousness when we are simply aware of awareness itself. The most important question that arises out of this process is: How can we ever be able to create a world in which we can live, if we are not able to create a world in which we can live? We can only create a physical reality in our mind, and therefore we need to be willing to enter the physical reality of non-physicality, in order to be able to perceive the reality in which we find ourselves. As such, the concept of a “God in a nutshell” can be further symbolized as the following matrix: When we are exploring the Essence of Life, we are also introducing a whole new kind of science — based on the premise that the most important questions facing humanity in the future are essentially spiritual in nature, and therefore it is essential to understand how we as humans are fostering a worldview that is so essential to the success of humanity as a whole. What we do know is that there is a difference between the two, and that the dividing line is always between the self and the world. And so you see, humans are used to seeing life as a process — a process that is both a past and a future — and that this process will one day come to us with new understanding and new ways of experiencing it. This is what we mean by Divine Connection: when you move through the process of becoming, you will move through the process of becoming, you will become, in essence, new. You will become, in essence, reborn.
In other words, the whole of humanity is born out of a single event, and then it is born out of a second event. And so you see, there is a thing in the middle, you see? If you cannot see it, then you cannot make it, which simply means that when we take a look at our own consciousness, we can realize that it is nothing more than an expression of our Inner Knowing — an expression of the Inner Knowing itself. It is, thus then, worth pointing out that the ideas of time and space are also not mutually exclusive, but are a product of the underlying assumption that the Interconnected Multiverse is one big continuous, and even non-linear dynamic process of organizing energy. This means that the structure of the whole is not also the name of the part — a person who is experiencing this idea can be very helpful in the future. There is a certain irony in that the whole of humanity is made of these small and large parts, which makes us unique entity. And indeed, it is very difficult to understand how a being can be fully human, and yet can be fully realize their Spiritual Quantum Self. This is the way it is in the Multidimensional Multiverse, and it is the way it is in the Innerverse, because we are the Creators, and the Multiverse is a living, breathing, moving, aware, being. And so you see, we are the multidimensional nature of the Quantum Soul and the material quantum reality of the Quantum Spirit. What we are really after is a more balanced, a more conscious, a more Aware Zen. We are after an Ultimate Truth. You see, what we are after is the Truth, the whole Truth, no matter how big the scale.
In other words, the whole of humanity is composed of individual cells, and each individual cell is made up of trillions of tiny details, which makes up the whole. So now, then, let us briefly go into these concepts. The first is that of consciousness. In the Western world, this has been made into a concept that there is some kind of “God,” or more narrowly, “God within God.” It’s quite interesting that the best-known of all the books on the philosophy of life is not a book on the philosophy of consciousness, but rather a book on the philosophy of life. You see, the best way to understand what consciousness is, is to experience it for yourself. This means that we have a new understanding of reality — a spiritual gain if we are able to experience it for ourselves. And yet, we are not able to communicate this understanding through the usual means. This has led some to the conclusion that we have arrived at a pivotal point in human history, and that the choice we make now will determine the direction of our world-wide culture for the next fifty years. But if we are to truly understand the nature of the Interconnected Multiverse — and we cannot understand the nature of the Multiverse unless we are the creator of the Multiverse — we need to explore the idea of the Omnipresent Awareness; the Awareness of Life itself. This process of becoming aware of our own existence — is it any surprise that there is a vast array of different ways to describe this phenomenon? Simply put: Awareness. Zen Awareness. Self-Awareness. Awareness of Awareness.
So now, then, what is the relationship between the Inner and the Outer? The idea that the world is an integrated whole, and that our physical material reality is an integrated whole, is a very powerful thing, and it’s why we have always regarded it as a domestic human consciousness, rather than as our more spiritual nature might be. Wouldn’t this suggest, then, that the universe we live in is a closed system? And if so, wouldn’t that mean, then, that it is, at the same time, a living system, and it is a system that is both in and of the world? The process of creating you as a non-living system is, for the most part, a process of creating you as a dead system. This means that the reality of Living Life is bound up with the process of creating you as a living system. In other words, everyone is a living being, and everyone is a Quantum Self — a spiritual gain of your time and effort is had to you when you are ready. When we as humans become Enlightened Spiritual Human Beings, our own free will comes to understand that we are not our own keepers, and that the only thing that is really important in life is the Inner Being. When we are aware, Awareness of the existence of the mind, of the body and of the mind, we are able to realize that we are more than just our physical material reality, and that our energy, our consciousness, is the only thing that is really important. The modern native consciousness is characterized by a love of life and an insatiable curiosity about the nature of existence. The term “Emergent Quantum Zen Life” is a great idea, but it is just a term for the creative individual to describe their collective experience, it is not a name for a different reality.
When we are asking the question: What is consciousness? We have a very good sense of what it is like to be human, and we are trying to understand what it is like to be other human beings who are an important part of the picture. And it’s not just humans who are capable of forming an intelligent being — it is a common occurrence in our perception and understanding of reality that the observer will believe that their experience is the whole and full, while at the same time she is the whole and the full. We can, therefore, say that we are having these experiences because we are using our inherent Awareness to create these forms, and the world we live in is a product of our creation. When we are feeling — are we feeling something new? I can tell you that I am having these new experiences of having these newness to me, and I can tell you that they are being made by me in a traditional way — by this being the First, and ifs the, so be it — third person, and in this sense, non-physical. Therefore, it is essential to understand that when we are talking about the existence of consciousness, we are always talking about an interaction of the mind and the brain. Therefore, it is essential to understand that there is a fundamental difference between the mind and its merely physical manifestation, perception and its non-physical manifestation, and even the mind and its spiritual manifestation. So you can be Awareness, Zen Awareness — you are Awareness, Zen Awareness of the Zen Awareness of you — you are Awareness, Zen Awareness of the Zen Awareness of the whole Interconnected Quantum Multiverse.
The idea of the Self you see is the idea of the Quantum Self when you are aware enough to realize it, and you are willing to allow the idea of the world to be the idea of the world. But of course, this is a way of thinking — it is simply the way our minds are — a way of being in the moment. There is a saying that our lives are the sum total of our thoughts and beliefs, so if we are ever in a situation where we were to have a question, we would ask for the answer, the solution to all of our questions. The most important thing you need are the free will to change your beliefs and to form new beliefs. This is to say that our perception of the world changes as a direct result of our desire to avoid or resist facing the truth — that we are actually in control of our own lives. When we look at what is happening in the world, we can realize that there is a huge difference between the classical view of the world, and the new quantum realization of the world. In other words, we are completely unaware of the fact that we are an inseparable part of the whole. When we are aware, and this is the basis of all Living Consciousness, it is almost impossible to give an example of the way in which this Universal Truth is put into words. When we are aware, and this is the basis of all Living Life, there is no way to fully describe the beauty of the Creation of the Interconnected Quantum Multiverse, and the design of the Living Consciousness that is its core. We can begin by look at the different levels of consciousness that are possible — all of these levels of consciousness are possible because all of these types of consciousness are possible.
The first of these is the level of which we are aware, and therefore we are also aware of the reality of the physical world. And so you see, there is the understanding that if we are to better understand the beauty of Life and the purpose of our lives, we need to explore the idea of the Multidimensional Soul. In this respect, it is worth noting that the idea of Creation is found in the Ancient of Days, and is also the idea of the people of the present, or the present moment. The idea of Awareness is found in the Ancient of Days, and is also the experience of the present moment. The experience of this has a huge impact upon our lives, and therefore it is very important to understand how we are able to communicate with and understand one another. A person can be in the present moment, in the all-encompassing all-at-once-transcendent-all-in-one Quantum State of Pure Awareness, or they can be in the past, and experience the present moment from the past. Wouldn’t it make perfect sense, then, that the present moment is always a process of becoming, and the past is a process of forgetting? When we are perceiving the world around us through the physical senses, we are also creating the reality we are in tune with the reality of the Human experience, and therefore we should benefit the most from attempting to understand the nature of the Interconnected Quantum Multiverse, and its relationship with the Interconnected Multiverse and the Universal Living Consciousness that is the Core Spiritual Life of the Interconnected Multiverse. When we are aware, we can realize that the whole experience is a direct result of our own consciousness — no matter how strong our will, we are always going to be a part of the larger scheme of things.
If we are to better understand the beauty of Life and the purpose of our lives, we need to explore the idea of happiness and success. These words were written by the man, not the idea of the world. The first of these, the time-space continuum, is created when the fundamental potential is released within each individual. When we’re talking about the nature of reality, we can realize that there is an infinity of levels of reality to each other. This also goes on to say that consciousness is simply the state of being, in the present moment, in the now. When we become Awareness of the existence of a Quantum Soul — a pure state of consciousness — we can recognize that it is not a separate, separate part of the whole, but rather all the parts are part of the whole. This goes on to say that there is a huge difference between the classical view of the world, and the new quantum realization of Life. It is the very nature of the quantum dynamic to shift from one phase of operation to the next, from one place to another, in a non-linear way, in the sense that energy is created in the moment, and then released in the form of a wave. A consciousness is a living, breathing, moving, aware being. The reality you have been born with is inherent in the brain and the mind, and is released into the environment. We use language to describe the ways in which the human body is a machine — a machine in every sense of the term. The idea of a Quantum Soul is that it is the key to the whole of the Multidimensional Reality.

Quote of the Day:
It is our passiveness and ignorance that keeps us segregated, under the rule and influence of others, which in turn makes us frustrated. Our frustration turns to anger, and anger turns to fear that expresses itself as rage, which eventually turns against us. More to the point: every time we try to explain away our destructive, divisive behavior — what we are actually doing is that we are trying to escape the responsibility of our actions. To be truthfully honest, when we are capable of explaining our actions with excuses — it tells us that we are well aware of what we are doing; justifying our actions with excuses is always a conscious choice — or do you beg to differ? However, as we continue to take a deeper look at ourselves as humans, we can see that we are far off from being truly conscious, rendering our so called free will questionable.

• Living Awareness •
~ ∞ ~
And now, we can delve deeper into Living Awareness itself. As we learned from the previous chapter, Living Awareness is a term that describes expanded and focused state of being, or simply “pure awareness”; it builds upon the idea of an Omnipresent Awareness – residing beyond consciousness, transcending space and time. Living Awareness creates Living Consciousness through which we perceive the world around us; consciousness arises when Living Awareness observes itself through its many emanations.
So it could very well be said that Living Awareness – Pure Alive Presence, is the very nature of Life itself; sometimes this presence is also called as God, Spirit, or simply just the Source of All Being – whatever name suits your fancy, for you see, it matters not what name we call it – in essence, at the deepest level, they all mean the same.
Living Awareness is the creative ground of intention and intuition, and at the same time, it is the source of the sparkle, joy and vitality that we enjoy when we are in touch with our own being; it is our bridge to the creative ground, in which all things abide and from which they spring. Living Awareness is shared with every particle within All Life, and thus Living Awareness is the Heart of Living Life – this eternal, Infinite Awareness observes every part of the Creation by utilizing Living Consciousness as the means; consciousness arises when awareness observes the Creation or any part of its many emanations – so in this sense, Living Awareness is also aware of itself as the other (mirror). In order for the Infinite to know itself as something that is finite, it has to pretend to be separate from itself – this is the way in which the Living Awareness creates consciousness through which we perceive the world around us.
Living Awareness provides the key to the nature’s secrets and its natural, normative way of life that is inherently invisible, inaudible, and intangible. In nature, Life’s secrets and the containers are invariably intertwined and paired together – answers lie hidden beneath appearances, which means that the questions and answers, the problems and solutions, are separated only by imagination and abstraction. And these are connected and linked together by awareness, and what keeps them seemingly separate is the level of awareness, you see? This is the clue to understanding all existence. Everything is disclosed only to those who can get rid of their personal biases, opinions, wishes or prejudices about life and existence, which goes on to say that one comes to grips with it by aligning with the core of all being – simply by being more aware of what is.
If one were to ask how does Living Awareness differ from awareness, they would get an answer along the lines of: not by much, other than that of emphasis being placed on the experiential aspect of it – to differentiate between mere idea and something truly alive. Living Awareness is all about experiencing our core essence, experiencing life directly, experiencing reality directly. This type of experiencing is beyond all indirect methods we commonly depend on for knowing about our experience – such as thinking, sensing, reasoning, feeling, and believing. Just in the same way as intuition doesn’t need reasoning for it to work, so in the same way is the case with direct experiencing, you see?
Hence, it goes without saying that indirect experiencing is limiting in more ways than one. You see, our senses only give us indirect information, which means that we filter in the things that we are familiar with, and filter out the things that we have no prior knowledge or comprehension. And so it goes that the mind and the senses filter out the reality of pure presence – that of Living Awareness. And this is where the difficulty comes in: there is more to experiencing direct connection to all Life than any language could ever describe – language can only convey an idea of what direct experiencing is like, and because language cannot ever describe the true essence of our existence and our experience of it, we are forced to use sounds, signs and symbols in an effort to re-connect with the Life-force that runs through everything.
Furthermore, even though language is a process of free creation – its laws and principles are fixed, and also the interpretation of words are infinitely varied. Therefore, one can only do their best in conveying even a minor portion of the essence of it, in conveying an explanation that is both understandable and easily approachable, yet precise and comprehensive enough to cover the essentials. And so it goes that of all the words we have in our vocabulary, Living Awareness is best suited to describe our True Essence, which is just pure beingness, pure awareness – unchanging state free from all ideas, concepts, and definitions. In that sense, it can be said that Living Awareness differs from awareness in the way that it’s a state of being that includes everything and does not exclude anything; this kind of state can be seen as non-dual, which means that there’s no judgment of any kind because there’s no thinking process involved.
By virtue of the aforementioned, it can be said that embodying the present moment by being a fully conscious witness is the same as Living Awareness – it is a pure state of being in this direct experiencing, you see? When Living Awareness embodies our existence – we feel truly alive, in harmony with ourselves and with the world around us; we know who we are, and what we should do in any given moment; we are balanced and effective in ourselves, and hence others appreciate our coherence. When we are open to Living Awareness, everything we experience is fresh and full with new possibilities. Living Awareness brings into balance the conflicting needs of the different parts of our life – feelings and emotions, mind and body, Soul and Spirit. This type of pure presence aligns all parts of ourselves and takes us to a place where we discover with absolute certainty exactly what is appropriate for any given situation – with greater awareness we can make better choices, picking options that genuinely enrich our life. It is quite interesting that although this should be our normal state of life, our normal state of being, we mostly settle for less. Intriguing, isn’t it?

We all have within us the capability of becoming aware of this innate connection to all Life, but somehow, we as the collective humanity have learned to forget it. And yet, in spite of this, there seems to be some kind of innate driving force within every human being that seeks to remind us of this lost connection. Some people have immersed themselves so deeply into forgetfulness that they have fallen to oblivion, like a ship lost at sea at night without the guiding light from a lighthouse, drifting farther and farther off course. This disconnection has caused the experience of separation, and further polarized the individual into a completely opposite direction from the Living Life. The separation itself causes the basic feeling of emptiness that drives us to seek fulfillment from the outside sources.
Spiritually oriented people are often searching for the connection to this pure Living Awareness outside of themselves, which happens in countless different forms like self-help books, podcasts, videos, websites, workshops, workouts, lectures, courses and retreats, but also with many different kinds of healing modalities. In a similar way, also scientifically oriented individuals are searching for the answers from outside of themselves, through microscopes and particle accelerators; likewise, mathematicians are trying to solve the mystery of life with their ever-complicated formulas; theoretical and quantum physicists are doing this with their mind-based theories which are sometimes so obscure that even they themselves don’t seem to understand their own theories – mainly because these various theories have no basis on the actuality of reality, on how the multidimensional, simultaneous, eternal existence is actually working.
The only reason why people feel the need to return to Living Awareness through these various methods is because they think that they have left from somewhere as Spirit. In all actuality, there is no distance between Living Awareness and itself, nor time where something can occur; Living Awareness never becomes anything else than Living Awareness, it never leaves anywhere – Living Awareness just is. If the individuated self could comprehend this on a conscious level – that realization alone would set it free. You see, knowing that you have never been anything else than pure Living Awareness – is true peace and happiness; the clear, deep inner knowing that I am whole, all experience is made out of myself, I need nothing but I am everything – is fulfillment in and of itself – see? This we can call an “Awakening,” which is something that takes place within each of us whenever we are ready to remember our eternal nature, whenever we are ready to take that first step in remembering who we are at the deepest level of our being, whenever we are ready to know our core essence as Spirit.
Awakening to Living Awareness is simply becoming aware; and being aware, each moment, of what we are doing as we are doing it, of what we are thinking as we are thinking it, and how we are feeling as we are feeling it, you see? Thus, the quality of our consciousness is elevated, the quality of our mind is elevated, and in turn, the quality of our thoughts, words, and actions is elevated. Mindfulness, meditation, concentration, and contemplation are the keys through which, and by which, one can make real progress – see? It is through these methods that one is able to discover their True Essence as Spirit.
This brings us to the conclusion: at this point in our evolvement as a species, with this level of collective consciousness and understanding, with this level of spiritual development – it is almost pure impossibility to understand the mystery of life from the view-point of the mind. This is because the human mind – as we know it today, is the limiting factor; the dualistic human mind with linear programming cannot understand something that is very much non-linear, beyond words, ideas, concepts, and definitions. This goes on to say that philosophical pondering will only feed the mind with more pondering and thinking; religions will always create debate with their differing and opposing views; scientific methods will always provide an outside representation of what IS, and eventually what IS – can only be experienced subjectively in perfect symmetry, harmony, and balance of light/dark, female/male aspects of ourselves; and ultimately, what IS – can only be experienced subjectively in full harmony, here and now » within « from where we can transform polarity back into a Non-Dual state of Unity with all Life.

Quote of the Day:
This is where the term ‘spiritual’ comes into play. You see, ultimately, it is our spiritual nature that sets us apart and allows us to express ourselves creatively, with feelings and emotions; to do things such as art, music, sculpture, dance, creative writing etc. It is our spiritual nature that finds us asking the ultimate questions: one’s meaning in life, what happens when we die, is there something more than day-to-day existence? There is a point, a moment we arrive at where the inevitable strikes us with its adamant presence — this is one of those moments. You see, if we are spiritual in nature, then this life is just one phase of existence and not our final destination. By the same token, if this life is only the first phase, then there is a very good reason for living a virtuous life, is there not? So therefore, maybe the real question we should be asking is: Why is it such a struggle to rise above these bodies and their desires to return to one’s spiritual origins?
