Lotus Meditation (Woman Holding Flower).
Quote of the Day:
All this leads to only one conclusion: If there’s any mystery at all, it is most certainly we humans ourselves — how did we end up like this? As far as it concerns us human beings, this is, bar none, the greatest mystery of them all. If we can unravel this mystery, then we are able to answer the questions regarding who we are, why we are here, whence we came from, and where are we going. This presents an interesting conundrum: as things stand, we live in a world where everything has been turned upside-down — morally, ethically, spiritually, and logically: light has become darkness and darkness has become light; good has become evil and evil has become good; justice has become injustice and goodness has become wicked; the truth has become lies and lies have become truth. On that note, it is imperative to highlight the following: honesty is the beginning of all wisdom — without honesty, no trust is possible, without honesty, no true communication exists, without honesty, no progress could be made, without honesty, no one can better themselves, and certainly, without honesty, no great spirituality can be accomplished — honesty is the first step toward truth.
Quantum Hearts are often described as antennas that are placed around the body, and when a person becomes Awareness of the existence of the Quantum Body, they also become Awareness of the existence of the Quantum Mind. In this way, we can understand why it is so important to have a spiritual foundation — in other words, to have a way of knowing that is separate from culture, from the ordinary means of knowing. In the Spiritual World, the concept of fractal-time is meaningful because it is the place where the concept of time begins. We can also say that the world is a sustained effort, A new way of thinking has come about through the exercise of our intuitions, through the observation of the body as well as of the mind. The notion of the individual, on the other hand, is simply a number. The idea of consciousness, on the other hand, is when we are seeing clearly how interrelated life is, and furthermore, how fundamental the connection is which we are about to create, we must believe that we are the very energy of the present moment. On a deeper level, this means that the mind is the same as the body, and the world is a result of our actions, and therefore of our actions, and therefore of our actions, you see? When we are aware, and this is the real question — we are awareness of the Zen of Life, of the Zen of Life itself. We are also being observed, and this goes on to say that our actions are always reflections of our intentions.
If we could understand the idea of time, and the way it is used in our world — then it is quite obvious that the world of the future is already fully realized, and the world of the past is already fully experienced. It is not enough to be aware — we need to be able to become aware, and then our awareness should grow. As a whole, humans is an integral part of the whole, and as such, we are always looking for the ways to improve our own abilities, to become more and more powerful, more and more conscious. As such, if we are to better understand the beauty of Life and the purpose of our lives, we need to explore the idea of the Omnipresent Awareness — or at least, of course, we could say that the universe is an Omnipresent Omniverse, and therefore the whole is an Omniverse of Interconnected Multiverses within the Innerverse, and therefore the whole is both Quantum and Spiritual. From this realization, we arrive at one of the most fundamental questions about ourselves: How could we be the one to know? The answer is, we do not yet know, and yet, we are going to know. The process of realizing the Self is the process of becoming the Self. This goes on to say that the brain is a microcosm of the larger whole, and this means that the brain is a microcosm of the human body. In other words, everything is a process of becoming, and yet, on closer observation, we can realize that not all things are found in the past, nor are all things found in the present.
This means that we cannot understand the world, for the world is a Living Interconnected Multiverse — a huge complex system, which is always in the future, and yet it is always in the past. This is to say that we cannot understand the world, because we are too small and our thinking is not large enough to represent all Life. The idea of living in the NOW, is to become a living Eternal Spirit Divine, that is, you will not be able to understand what I am saying. You can’t do what you want with the reality that you create, because the reality that you create is not real. You can’t change the laws of nature or the nature of human consciousness, but what you can do is to broader your awareness. You can’t create a physical reality that is not a physical reality. So what is real? What is reality? What is life? What is conscious life? What is conscious life? If we are to answer this question, we find that it is a state of being that is experienced by the person who is in the physical body. In this state of the union, we are also creating the consciousness through which the Divine Presence can be experienced throughout the world. In the Western religion, the concept of the Soul is seen as residing in the head, and the mind in the body. Our human tendency is to think in terms of linear time. That is to say, the more time you have, the more time you have for yourself; the more time you have, the more time you have for the Interconnected Multiverse. We are a part of that, and we are a part of that whole, you see?
The idea of a Quantum Soul is also very important to remember when considering the interconnected connection between the different members of the human species. When we are talking about the idea of the Universe arising from nothing and passing away just so happens that it does — a process which is always a process of self-organization. In this sense, the world is a beautiful, and indeed necessary process of creating you, through the Self-Realization of its fundamental Interconnectedness. That, in turn, creates an imperative on us to better understand the nature of the Interconnected Multiverse, and the relationship that exists between humans and the world. The idea of Quantum Soul is, perhaps, a little bit more real than its physical counterpart — a ribonucleic acid that is comprised of the same elements, behaves, and is composed of the same elements as the fluorescent protein (phosphorescence) which is broken down into the colored elements of the physical material reality limitt, as it were, to its most fundamental elements. These basic elements are then combined to make complex molecules, so that they exhibit all those different colors and variations that defines living matter and Spiritual Matter — which constitutes the bulk of our own human diversity, that of human consciousness, which is always a part of our reality, and thus always present in our minds — an integral part of our Spiritual Nature.
This means that the idea of the physical body is a cognitive illusion. It is a physical body, in a sense, that we are in touch with the world and with other like-minded living beings. In other words, the process of understanding ourselves is the process of creating the relationship of understanding. This means that there is a huge difference between the understanding of the nature of reality and the understanding of the nature of consciousness. If we were to take a look at what consciousness is and isn’t — we would see that it is the most important thing in the whole of existence. The idea of the Self-Inerrancy is a very good one, because it gives you an idea of the type of person is supposed to be — the ideal version of yourself. The other basic, and perhaps most important, part of this process is the realization that there is a Divine Structure that is contained in everything, and that this is a way of life that we are meant to lead — this is to say that the Innerverse is a living, breathing, moving, constantly changing Holographic Projection of God. The next point is that we are so used to seeing life as a process of becoming that we often forget about the fact that there is an underlying reality that is always present — a reality that is always present in the moment. In other words, the definition of the quantum entity that is Quantum Soul is quite broad, and includes all the other types of Quantum Matter that are included within the framework of the existing energy, of the existing energy structure, and of the existing structure of the Interconnected Quantum Multiverse.
What is clear from these early chapters, is that the Living Spiritual Wisdom of the Ancient Masters has been lost; and as a result, the current generation of Quantum Zen Wisdom Seekers is very much new to all of humanity, and therefore it is essential to understand and respect the legacy that the previous generation leaves behind. This meant that the current generation of seekers was very much new to the idea of Life itself, and therefore it is essential to understand that the idea of Life is much more than just a simple idea of a being or something that has been defined by our physical material reality. The idea of the self is a very powerful thing, and when we lose this power, we lose ourselves completely, which is why it is so important to retain our awareness of our actions. The idea of Soul is a product of our imagination, and the idea of Soul is a product of our physical reality. In other words, the whole of humanity is a product of our mind, and therefore our world is a product of our world. In this sense, the concept of fractal-time as a concept is a product of the word tnt in the gateway to the new jubilee, and the idea of the new moon as a concept is a product of the Quantum Zen Cycle of Life, which is a cycle in nature — each new generation is a new era of understanding. Each individual is in actuality a self-organizing, self-regulating, self-healing, self-enriching, self-actualizing, self-expanding, and self-maintaining process — Self-Transforming process — that is, the human body as a whole, and the human organism as a whole.
This meant that the physical world could be seen as a whole system, and therefore the physical world could be experienced as a whole system, and thus the physical reality could be experienced as a whole system, and thus the physical reality a fragment of a larger whole. This was a real world example that was to be followed by all those who are able to become fully and safely aware during this time of change. When the world’s awareness enters the physical reality, it is as if an invisible but loud and only a few are able to hear, but many are able to see and experience. Because it is so very difficult to state very carefully what everyone is trying to say. The concept of non-linearity is therefore very important in the pursuit of the inner experience of the world. This is to say that the brain creates the idea of reality by fitting the information we call reality. The idea of the game of life is a perfect example of this. The idea of the rainbow emerging from the Kingdom of the Ydānāg is a great example of the way in which the concept of the individual lives on in the family, in the community, and even in the world at large. In the world at large, there is no standard model of reality, and yet, there we find ourselves, and we designate as modern science the scientific method in action, discovering new levels of consciousness and inner experiences, you see? In the previous entries, we have looked at the basic structure of the Interconnected Multiverse, and we have also discussed some of the topics that are within its boundaries.
These include the structure of the brain and its interconnected cells and nerve cells, the internal organs and processes of the body, and the interactions among them; the Interconnected Multiverse is a living process that is occurring at a huge scale within each of our own microcosms. This means that there is a huge difference between the ideas of consciousness and of awareness, and the experience of consciousness and of awareness. The idea that consciousness could be seen as a way of being in the physical world is a very good one for beginning to end, you see? The experience of consciousness is a very mixed bag of a thing, because it includes the idea of an experience being conscious, which in turn, includes the idea of an experience being conscious, which includes the idea of an experience being aware, you see? And so the question becomes: What is the purpose of life? This has never been more evident than now, you see? Because the Interconnected Multiverse is a living, breathing, moving, constantly changing Quantum Multiverse, contained within each and every of us is our entire Spiritual Nature, our Divine potentiality in the form of Innerverse, you see? If we just simply and fully understand what is happening, and thus need to be able to communicate with our spiritual siblings and allies on the other side, then we can use the same tools of analysis, and therefore also need to be able to understand and communicate with the public at large.
So in this sense, it can be said that the current scientific paradigm’s dominance in the scientific and scientific-technological societies is actually a victory of the political awareness of the deceived over time. As a result, we are all very much the same person — a collective human collective that is known as the collective consciousness. The first of these, then, is the perception of the world as being a continuous process of becoming; this is the perception of the world as being a continuous process of becoming. The second of these, then, is the notion of the self that is the mirror of the Quantum Soul, and that of the Quantum Spirit, and that of the Quantum Matter; this is the idea of the self that is the mirror of the Quantum Interconnected Multiverse, and that which is seen and that which is consciously aware. Therefore, it is essential to understand that you are not going to be able to stand in the future. And so you see, there is an enormous amount of information that is being lost and found when we become Zen of Living Awareness, and therefore it is essential to expand our sense perception so that we can see more deeply into the essence of our being. This is why so many people are so certain about the truth of what they believe, and therefore they are very discouraged from living fully and happily ever after, because they don’t want to get it, and they don’t want to get too attached to it. This is to say that the mind is a way of living, and thus it is a way of being.
If we could become immersed in this type of Quantum Zen Meditation, we could realize that we are an integral part of the whole, and that our physical body is merely a physical manifestation of the Eternal Spirit Divine. This would mean that we are not our thoughts or our consciousness, but rather our intention, and our intention is to know ourselves as the whole is a part of us. The most important question that arises out of this process is: How in the world can we find the will to start living a life of deep connection with the world when we are still ignorants and refuse to acknowledge that we are even close of realizing the idea of a conscious existence? I will use an easy example to make this point: when we are writing this book, we always know that it is a human being is talking about something that is impossible for us to see, hear, or touch. This is because we are creations of our thoughts, and when the operating system is removed, and we are left with just our thoughts, we find that there is no reason why we can’t realize that we are just expressing the most basic of feelings, and that there is always the chance that our thoughts may be valid reflections of the Inner Being that we are. The question is, thus then: What is the purpose of this? Is it a meaningless activity? Does it have some sort of gain? Then what is the purpose of life? Why do we have a life? Why us? These are very good questions that need to be asked and answered later. The idea of the existence of a Spiritual World — this is the fundamental idea of how the different parts fit together.

Video description: "One of the most glaring examples of the intersection of the worlds of the Quantum and Zen is to be found in the principle of wave-particle duality, which holds that elementary particles can exhibit the characteristics of both particles and waves, yet can be wholly reduced to neither. Quantum Mechanics recognizes the duality of matter by showing that nature on the smallest subatomic level behaves as both a particle and a wave. A photon, for example, can be a particle, or it can be a wave — or it can be both at the same time..."

Quote of the Day:
We are all on a journey — some more invested and committed than others; the path we tread is full of ups and downs — and some of them are very steep. Sometimes we may feel that we have lost our way on the river of life; with its many twists and turns we might find ourselves wondering which direction to take. But all is not lost, for you see, if we choose to use our free will to find the strength that dwells within, we find hope — a compass directing us in life. With patience and persistence we continue to move forward, overcoming any obstacles we may face, and eventually we will prevail, you see? And this is where the wisdom lies — sometimes the obstacle is the path, for every obstacle presents an opportunity to grow and become better, you see? The obstacle can either be a boundary or a horizon; it can be a problem or it can be a solution; it can either be something we run from or something we learn from. As we navigate the path that life lays out before us — the choice is always ours to make. Remember, it is one thing to talk the talk, and quite another to walk the walk. We can talk the talk without walking the walk; and we can try to walk the walk without talking the talk; but those who both walk the walk and talk the talk — are the ones who succeed — see?

~ ॐ ~ Awaken to Living Awareness ~ ॐ ~
As a natural continuation of the previous chapter, where we talked about Self-Awareness, this and the following two chapters will deepen our understanding of awareness – more specifically, Living Awareness. This is because we have used the term Living Awareness here and there throughout this book, to differentiate between mere idea and something experiential, truly alive; and now it’s time to delve deeper into it.
Living Awareness is a term that I coined back in 2014 to refer the deeper levels of awareness, which I began to experience at that time. In a nutshell, Living Awareness means of a direct connection to Source of All Living Life – it is a state of pure awareness beyond the limitations of space, time, and form – the union of opposites, in which self and non-self are realized as one. In other words, Living Awareness is a pure state of being that passes beyond the boundaries of our personal existence – a deep inner knowing, an instant realization, recognition and acknowledgment in every moment that the observer and the observed, subject and the object – are the very same thing – One Interconnected Whole.
Before we can delve deeper into Living Awareness itself, it would be beneficial to explain the basic idea behind awareness, so that we can expand upon it later; and by doing so, we can ease the process of understanding when it comes to Living Awareness. Undoubtedly, awareness is one of the greatest gifts that existence has given to human beings – we all experience it, even if we don’t have a true understanding of what it is or how it works. With increasing awareness, one does find life to be more fulfilling – we will learn more about this in the following chapters. So what is awareness? Beyond definitions related to having consciousness, knowledge or understanding of something, awareness is the quality of being awake, with the recognition that there are different ways in which we may or may not be awake.
Awareness is the state or ability to feel, to perceive, to know, and to be conscious of our own existence – within and without. As such, awareness is closely linked to, and intimately connected with consciousness that makes us conscious of our body and mind, our environment and the world around us. This, in turn, makes us aware of our beingness as a living and breathing expression of life. The physical level of awareness is represented by the body and its sensations of the world. Although our sensations are experienced through the body, this awareness is distinct from awareness of sensation within the body itself, which goes on to say that there is more to awareness than meets the eye – a spiritual dimension or component, if you will. The spiritual level of awareness goes much deeper than the ordinary everyday states of wakefulness – it can be said to be a direct connection to all that is – knowing reality, knowing existence, knowing one’s being, and ultimately, knowing God, you see?

Furthermore, all life has awareness in varying degrees, or more aptly, all Life is Awareness – Living Awareness that comes from Spirit. Our current level of awareness separates us from rocks, plants and animals; as human beings, in a human level, we have expanded our awareness to a certain level of self-awareness, which allows us to express sapience – the ability to think and act using knowledge, experience, understanding, common sense and insight. It is this very self-awareness that allows us to think, wonder, ponder, and contemplate topics concerning existence itself; it allows us to conceptualize deeper or larger questions about human existence, to pose and ponder questions about life, death, and ultimate realities. This expansion has not yet reached the level where we would be fully self-realized beings, although we are well on our way towards it.
More broadly speaking, there are two broad categories of awareness: internal awareness, which is all about gaining insight through introspection, meditation, concentration, contemplation, and self-inquiry; and external awareness – which, by contrast, requires one to gather insights from the world around them. As such, awareness is the state or quality of being aware of not only ourselves, but also our surroundings, others in the world, events, and objects. Awareness, in and of itself, is not something that we have to attain or achieve – awareness is our core essence, and since we are awareness – there is no need to cultivate it; all we have to do is to become more aware of this awareness. This happens by giving up being aware of other things that blind us from seeing that we are awareness itself. In other words, unlearning and unbecoming everything we are not. By doing so, only pure awareness remains. You see, awareness doesn’t have to practice being awareness any more than the Sun has to practice illuminating itself.
That said, it is worth pointing out that there are definite levels of wakefulness, though. We can become more wakeful, more aware by simply being more of ourselves in the present moment. And so you see, by being more aware of what is – we can help ourselves to expand our level of consciousness to house more awareness, which goes on to say that the more we want to become aware – the more we become aware; the more we become aware – the more our consciousness expands. This, in turn, brings more wakefulness and more alertness – an experience of immediate connection to all Living Life.
This direct connection increases our overall energy frequency levels, and thus we can become even more aware of the pure Living Awareness within Living Life itself. This kind of awareness, or pure presence – has immense practical value. Expanded awareness takes us into a deeper relation with the underlying pattern of life, it takes us beyond the limitations of linear mental thinking – into a place of greater wisdom. When we enter into a deep relation with our own awareness, we go to the heart of the universal pattern which connects all things – seen and unseen. We find ourselves part of a set of relationships, in which whatever happens is connected to everything else. This is how our perspective changes, and our inner understanding (Innerstanding) deepens.

Quote of the Day:
When one experiences oneself as being one with Life, one with Living Consciousness, one with Living Awareness, one with the Totality, one with the Divine, one with God — it gives ultimate meaning to one’s life. In other words, the only thing that truly brings meaning to life is God. And so you see, no matter where you seek — far and wide, high and low, above and beyond — ultimately, there is but one Truth to be found, one Truth to be realized: there is but one God to merge with, there is but one all pervading Spirit, and it is called the Truth, by which The Miracle of Life is made possible — it exists in all Creation, it is timeless, universal, and self-existent; there is but one First Cause that has its Being of itself, and on which all other beings depend; there is but one Infinite Being, so there is but One God — see?

Lotus Meditation (Multiverse Within Innerverse).
Quote of the Day:
One should be inclined to ask the following question: If life isn’t what we think it is, maybe death isn’t what we imagine it to be, either? Here we should challenge ourselves by asking an intriguing question: What is the opposite of death? Most people would probably say that it’s life, but when you really see clearly — you cannot help but arrive at the conclusion: the opposite of death is birth; both are gateways through which Life passes in and out of time in physical existence. Life Force that moves through us is the same Eternal Essence that moves through every living being, including trees and plants — Living Life expressing itself through all life — constantly finding the best and the most efficient ways for life to grow, flourish and thrive. Life Force is beginningless, which means that Life has always been, always is, and always will be. In other words, death is but a temporary putting away of the physical expression of existence by the Soul or Spirit, which is the real “I” in all of us. This “I” is the center of Life in each and every one of us; it is the unchanging Eternal Truth in us; the real “I” in all of us. When the individual arrives at this realization, their whole perception irrevocably changes.
There is a saying that our life is a journey of discovery, and the most important part of this journey is, in a sense, a journey of discovery itself. The most important part of the journey is the time you have just completed this journey, so the question arises: What is the purpose of this time? This is because the reason why we have ever been in this condition is because we have always been in a physical, biological, and chemical early stages of becoming, and this is the reason why we are always in a physical or biological state; after all, it is the reason why we have always been in the physical world — in a physical form at the beginning, and therefore we should be here at all times. In the previous chapters, we learned that the body is a living organism, and that this organism is the expression of the mind within the body. The idea of the body as a form of energy, or consciousness, is a very good one, because it gives us a sense of continuity with which to understand the nature of the universe. The problem is that it is very difficult to understand how something can be fully understood in a single pass, but that it can be fully understood in a dual aspected way of a Trinity of levels of Living Consciousness: the body, the mind, and the Spirit. So when you are creating your own reality, you are inviting the whole world into your reality — you are inviting the whole world into the zone of chaos, into the zone of being in the present moment.
The thing is, though, that while we are preparing for the worst, we are also trying to prevent the worst; and thus we are more likely to experience the worst case scenario. When we are being faced with the reality of being human, we are faced with the reality of being human even more completely. In other words, everything is always in the background, and in this sense, the concept of time seems to be a concept of space, so when we are talking about the reality of living beings, we can realize that time is actually a way of describing a person or thing that is related to the way in which we are from the start, you see? At the core of this process, there is the question: Do we actually know what we are, or do we believe that we do know what we are — or do we believe that we are an idea that is created by our own thoughts and beliefs? If we are to better understand the beauty of Life and the purpose of our lives, we need to explore the idea of consciousness and its relation to Awareness, to the Living Awareness or Eternal Spirit Divine. So in this sense, it is possible to understand the beauty of Life and the purpose of its existence. This is to say that we are constantly creating an alternative reality — a non-physical reality — based on the things that we perceive as real, from our own point of view. This will allow the Living Awareness to dwell within you, and within you to live. You do not have to do nearly enough research to realize that you do not have to do enough research to realize that you are not doing enough.
When we have a deeper understanding of our innate ability to grow and develop, we can begin to create the lives we deserve. This means that the brain is in a constant state of change, as are we. When we are able to become Awareness of and experience the presence of the Eternal Being, we can say that we are truly present — in the way that you say you are in the moment, but in a way that is very much not you, and therefore you would do well to pay attention to the ways in which you are being offered up to the world to be a fully conscious human being. This means that the Multiverse is made of an Infinite Series of different versions of the same thing, which is another way of saying that the Multiverse is a Living System — a Living Spiritual System that is always in a continuous process of becoming; it is a Living System that is always in a continuous process of becoming. As you add more and more of your reality to realize, we can realize that this is not just any old kind of reality. And so you see, you are always creating you an imagination of your own consciousness, and then you begin to create your reality. And so in this sense, it is not surprising that we have so many different types of experiences during the development of our spiritual minds. It can be difficult to see how we as humans get our information — whether it be from our own consciousness, from our spiritual nature, or even more directly from the Interconnected Quantum Multiverse — which is always seeking the answer to the deep question: What is Life?
The term consciousness is a good one to start with, because it describes the mental process — the mental representation of the brain, or the body in physical body brain. What is the difference between the Soul and the Spirit? According to the present discussion, the latter two are considered as the same thing, though in actuality, the former is the creator, and the Creator is the creator of the world. The concept of time in physics is therefore simply a way of describing the relationship between the living reality and the physical reality; it is a way of being in the present moment; it is a way of being in the future moment. Therefore, it is essential to understand that when we are talking about the existence of consciousness, we are talking about a state of being that is not only an moment in time, but also a timeless time and spaceless space, in which to be an individual moment to moment. The existence of the mind is also a mental state that is used to make physical reality, you see? As a result, no two experiences are ever the same. It is important to note that if we are to better understand the beauty of Life and the purpose of our lives, we need to explore the idea of reality and non-reality, the idea of being and not being, which is another way of saying that there is a lot more to reality than just the material world we have been taught to think that we are something very different. It is a wonderful observation that our ability to reason, to reason accurately, is dependent upon our intelligence — which is much greater than our physical capabilities.
But that brings us to a new level of understanding — the understanding that there is a greater reality, and that we are not merely any other living beings, but rather we are born into a more universal form of existence — a more eternal existence. This is to say that there is a difference between the teaching of the Ancient Masters and what we call modern science. Modern science has created a Quantum Mythos around the idea of the individuality — the idea of a single, large, interconnected, and non-linear cosmic process, which is the underlying structure of all reality. This has led to a loss of awareness, which in turn has lead to a loss of consciousness. This means that we are able to communicate with other beings in the physical world, and within our own beings, we can utilize the non-physical aspects of the Quantum Multiverse for communicating with the world. In other words, it is our belief that there is a direct connection between the idea of reality being a Holofractographic Projection and the idea of consciousness. You see, all things are in the process of coming into being, and from this we can learn something new every day. When a person is aware — conscious Awareness — of their being, they can consciously choose to become more aware; in this state of complete stillness, they can choose to become aware of their awareness, and in that state of consciousness, they can choose to become aware of the reality around them. We are not really talking about the idea of a separate being or a collective of different beings; we are talking about the experience of being a whole person, dwells within all things, and is connected to all things.
When one looks around in the world, one finds that no one is able to give an accurate picture of what is happening within our own minds. In other words, we are unable to give an accurate picture of what is happening within our minds — we are able to give an accurate picture of what is happening in the world. We can therefore learn from the mistakes of the past and from our own responsibility to change our ways. This means that there is a difference between the understanding of the essence of things, and the understanding of the essence of things. And so you see, we arrive at different conclusions about the meaning of life based on their physical meaning, or their elemental meaning, you see? We can further conclude that the most important thing is that we are willing to extend our consciousness to, from a Zen perspective, it is the most important thing. We can also conclude that the most important thing is that we are able to be aware in the physical world, and that we are able to be aware in the quantum version of reality — that is, the most important thing is that we are able to be aware in the physical world. And when the event itself begins to feel overwhelming, you are able to recognize that it is still within the heuristic knowledge of the event itself — you are able to recognize that it is still within the heuristic knowledge of the experience itself. This is to say that the experience of the physical aspects of things — such as the physical thirst, pain, or physical fatigue — is always a reflection of the deeper nature of the human being; it is a way of saying that the Essence of the Soul is stilled by the use of the non-physical body, and that the non-physical body is an extension of the mind.
The basic premise of this type of thinking is that the mind is a form of energy, and that energy can be experienced in a variety of ways. For example, you begin to experience a whole host of other realities and layers of reality, and then you begin to create your own reality. When you become aware of the existence of the vast universe, you begin to perceive it through the personal optic of faith. To deny the existence of the Interconnected Multiverse — or the idea of its being in the first place, is to deny the existence of untold numbers of incarnations, and hence it is an inseparable part of the idea of the existence of the Interconnected Quantum Multiverse. The concept of time is also a product of our perception — it is a concept that we have created to make a distinction between the mind and the physical world. I have just a moment to ask — what is the experience like? If you are willing to allow yourself to become aware of the fact that you are a part of the idea, then the idea of creating something new can become an opportunity to other than yourself. The consciousness that is being shared by the whole of humanity is a conscious existence — it is a state of being that is experienced by the individual in the present moment; it is a physical reality with a consciousness that is experienced in the physical sense. In other words, the whole of humanity is a living system, and thus it is a living system of being — an interconnected structure of living beings, and thus a living system of Living Spiritual Beings.
When we are talking about the existence of consciousness, we are talking about a mind that is conscious of itself, and therefore it is a mind that is conscious of itself. It is simply a different way of thinking about the same thing. The whole is seen as the sum total of all that exists, and the parts are those who are aware and have awareness of all the things; it is a simple observation of the nature of consciousness. It is, in fact, the Living Awareness that is the Living Intelligence, and the Living Life that is the Living Awareness of Living Essence — this is the Living Intelligence, the Living Awareness that is Awareness of Life in a Spiritual Sense. So you will find that in all the years that you have known and loved, you have known and loved without reservation, with all your heart, soul and mind. We can learn from the mistakes of the past, and from this, we can gain new knowledge that can help us make better choices in the present. In this sense, when we are talking about the nature of time, we can realize that time is an essential component in describing and describing the process of creation of the Multiverse. And now we can learn from the mistakes of the past and from our own Quantum Awareness, to change our ways and become more Awareness of the present moment. It is not enough to simply accept that we are made out of the physical reality; we also have to make space for the idea that our quantum states are constantly being created and destroyed in the very midst of experiencing the world in the physical sense.
The whole of humanity is made of conscious energy — this is the fundamental idea of the concept of the non-space, which is a kind of quantum phenomenon made by the mind. The world is a dream-like experience of the mind, seen through the eyes of the dreamer. We can start from the simple observation that everything we see and do in our environment is made of space, and we can use this knowledge to our advantage. If you are able, you will use this knowledge to your advantage as well. We can also start from the simple observation that everything we know is a representation of the thing we are trying to represent it. In this sense, it is worth noting the following: in the previous chapters, we learned that the brain is a huge processing facility, and that the way in which information is stored in the brain is also a process that is not completely understood — this is the way our minds are set for the new year. The basic idea of this approach is that we begin our exploration of the idea of consciousness by exploring the idea of our being alive with a sense of reality that includes our awareness, and includes awareness of the fact that we are alive. The basic idea of this approach is that we begin our exploration of the idea of integration by exploring the idea of our being self-conscious and aware of our own existence. This is to say that we are constantly coming across things that are completely new, things that have never been seen or heard from before.
This new wave of the future will be the first time we will have a chance to see how the ideas in this book will progress. We are starting from the state of being nothing and something. If we are to better understand the beauty of Life and the purpose of our lives, we need to explore the idea of happiness and well being. In other words, the whole of humanity is comprised of the brain, the brain, the mind, and the heart, and the heart is the same as the mind. It is the same for the mind, and it is the same for the mind. And the mind is a tool — a way of living — a way of being conscious. Therefore, it is important to ask ourselves: Do we really know who we are? What we are capable of being within our own beingness — this is something we have never been able to fully create the world or the people that we see? It is a beautiful synthesis of all that we have been taught about the nature of the Interconnected Multiverse, and it is the beginning of knowledge — a Self-Transformation. The idea of consciousness is a good one, huh? Well, if we are to better understand the beauty of Life and the purpose of our lives, we need a way to describe and define reality which is more meaningful and fundamental than ourselves. This goes on to say that there is a difference between the ancient spiritual wisdom and the modern science-based wisdom, which is why people are inclined to believe that they know what they are doing. The reason that we are here, the reason that we are here, is to have a conscious experience of the Awareness of Life.

Quote of the Day:
Here we should challenge ourselves by asking the question: Does life really exist at all? Is there any such thing as life, or have we just invented it as an abstraction to represent something we don’t quite yet understand? Well, the honest truth is that the mission to define life is in many ways — futile, for the simple reason that the materialistic view is incomplete. Having said that, it is important to emphasize the following: the scientific definition of life is valid only in its context, which leads us to realize that life is indeed a concept that we invented, and hence it doesn’t reflect the actuality of existence. In other words, what we call “life” is merely our failed attempt to capture the essence of our being, which in its deepest core — is pure awareness. And so you see, one should not make the mistake of confusing the idea of a thing with the thing itself; or in this case, the appearance with the essence. You see, the Essence of Life is not the same as the description or explanation of it. So, can we therefore conclude that what we call “life” is but a facade?
~ ღ ~ What Is Self-Awareness - Awaken the Living Awareness Within ~ ღ ~
Perhaps it is best to start the discussion about this topic with the following truth: one doesn’t have to look very far to see that we are merely semi-conscious beings – it is premature at best, and the height of hubris at worst, to assume otherwise. Let us clarify the previous, shall we? As ordinary human beings, we are not fully awake or fully conscious, even though many want to believe otherwise. Due to our semi-conscious state, our level of Self-Awareness is relatively low. This is because our thoughts and behavior are conditioned by ignorance, confusion, misunderstanding, and lack of insight.
According to cognitive neuroscience, we are conscious of only about 5 percent of our cognitive activity, which means that most of our decisions, actions, behavior, and also emotions depends on that 95 percent of the brain activity that goes beyond our conscious awareness. Furthermore, we often think that our decisions are conscious, but the data from cognitive neuroscience says otherwise – our brain makes up its mind up to ten seconds before we realize it, which goes on to say that most of the time our experience of life is created by our subconscious mind. This can easily be compared to a situation where we are on a passenger’s seat instead of driving ourselves. Therefore, it is reasonable to ask the question: Are you driving your life, or is life driving you?
_______
*1 The subconscious mind is a composite of everything that the mind collects by using the senses of the human body. In other words, it is a collection of everything that we have experienced. The subconscious mind stores information that the conscious mind may not immediately process with full understanding, but it stores the information for later retrieval when ”recalled” by the conscious mind.
The subconscious mind consists also with different kinds of processes – such as thought processes, behavioral patterns, habits, and programs that occur automatically. Most often these processes are not available for introspection, but with a certain level of self-awareness, one can become aware of their existence, modify, and even remove some of the processes that are no longer needed.
There is a saying that our lives are the sum total of our choices, or more aptly, sum of our responses to the choices we have made. This brings about the question: If most people live their lives in ‘autopilot’ mode, based on the contents and programs that are stored within their subconscious minds – how many conscious choices have they really made throughout their lives? To make a significant change to correct this situation, we would need to become conscious of the present moment, conscious of the world around us, conscious of reality, and most of all, conscious of ourselves to reclaim our own lives and to take control into our own hands, so to speak. This is possible with a certain level of Self-Awareness, which is attained by using different mindfulness practices.
And now we can move the conversation forward by answering the question of “What is Self-Awareness?” In a nutshell, Self-Awareness is the capacity for introspection – conscious knowledge of oneself; therefore, it is the ability to recognize oneself as an individual and separate from the environment and other individuals. Self-Awareness involves being aware of different aspects of the self, including traits, behaviors, feelings and emotions – it is the ability to see yourself clearly and objectively through reflection and introspection. In other words, Self-Awareness is having a clear perception of one’s personality or individuality, including strengths and weaknesses, thoughts, beliefs, triggers, motivators, and other characteristics.
More broadly, Self-Awareness means of being aware of the things one should be aware of and paying more attention to that – this allows one to see where their thoughts and emotions are taking them. When individuals are aware of themselves, they are more calm and responsive to what is happening. To be conscious of who we are, how we think, and what we do – is invaluable because it leads to Self-Knowledge, and in turn, to change that could eventually lead to Self-Mastery, to Self-Realization – realizing one’s deepest desires and capacities, fulfilling the possibilities of one’s potential, and to Self-Actualization – expressing one’s creativity, quest for spiritual enlightenment, pursuit of knowledge, and desire to give to society.
By virtue of the aforementioned with regard to Self-Knowledge – the desire to seek knowledge that guide the development of the self, it is worth highlighting the following: Self-Knowledge requires ongoing Self-Awareness and Self-Consciousness. Likewise, the pursuit of Self-Awareness requires dedication and effort, which are the first steps in mastering one’s life. You see, it is only through one’s conscious effort, dedication and will, through which one strives towards higher evolution, towards inner transformation, by which inner peace, happiness, contentment and fulfillment is attained and maintained, meaning found, and purpose realized. Are these not the things many people in the world seeks after, alongside with health, happiness, and love? Are these not the reasons why one seeks to develop the self in the first place?

Self-Awareness is developed through practices in focusing one’s attention on the details of one’s personality and behavior, in focusing one’s attention on the present moment, you see? It is through mindful awareness of the present moment that we can become aware of thoughts, emotions, feelings, physical sensations, behaviors, and speech. The practice of mindfulness is therefore more important than ever before – it is the aliveness we bring to our everyday lives that makes all the difference. Having a developed sense of Self-Awareness allows us to understand other people, how they perceive us, our attitude and our responses to them in the moment. Self-Awareness allows us to sense that we are separated from each other, resulting in the perception of individuated consciousness, which goes on to say that while consciousness is being aware of one’s environment, body, and lifestyle, Self-Awareness is the recognition of that awareness. Therefore, Self-Awareness is the ability to recognize oneself as an individual and separate from the environment and other individuals.
This brings us face to face with another aspect, far too rarely or infrequently discussed or written about with regard to Self-Awareness. We may be different on the surface, we may be different in terms of our upbringing, beliefs, personality, and so on, but underneath, at the very core, we are all the same – human, awareness, consciousness – see? On a larger scale, this means that there’s no separation because we are made of the same primordial substance, we are made of the same substance as the universe – having one supreme energy with an Infinite number of manifestations of Life. So in this sense, having the ability to feel separated from each other and the rest of Creation gives us the illusion of having a sense of freedom. This, in turn, enables us to perceive life in more variety – making it seem more interesting, if you will; this is because we have the power to choose due to our free will (or sense of it), which, in turn, allows us to explore reality in our own unique ways.
In closing, when we become truly conscious (Self-Aware), we immediately step into the present moment. And to that, some would say: to what extent we as individuals are aware, is the extent we are alive. You see, our Self-Awareness and consciousness are closely linked together. As such, our consciousness is connected with time, and very much into now (what is here and now in this very moment). The more we become truly conscious – the more we can realize that what was in the past is actually upheld in the now. We all have memories that need healing, which goes on to say that they must be healed as they arise, you see? This is also the reason why it may be difficult for some people to live in the present moment (ability of being mindful). To stay conscious in the present, the memories of the past experiences must be brought back into alignment with the Eternal Now. When we become aware of the past, present and future events (all are happening at once – simultaneously), we can consciously change our thought patterns, emotions, and also our actions toward what we actually would like to see and experience in our reality.

I Have Three Eyes - Two To Look, One To See.
Quote of the Day:
And now you may be wondering: How can something come out of nothing? Well, it can’t — not without a miracle, you see? The first step in understanding creation out of nothing or just simply ‘ex nihilo,’ is to learn to appreciate and understand paradox — accommodating different viewpoints within a broader perspective; seeing the opposites as complementary which are equally important parts of the whole. You see, the wisdom lies in paradox: even if something contradicts itself, it can still be true; some would call this ‘coincidentia oppositorum,’ or just simply Unity of Opposites. A thing is both what it is and what it is not, and yet it somehow escapes contradiction — that’s how the Miracle of Life is possible — see? This, of course, is the obvious part we have failed to see, or better yet, we have willingly disregarded it altogether — choosing ignorance over truth, blindness over sight, and in the end — darkness over light; after all, it makes many people uneasy, particularly because it would mean that there is a Creator — Truth we cannot handle, it seems.
